Funny Joke: A young boy Question

His father, explained, "Well, son, it all started with Adam and Eve. They had children, and those children grew up and had children of their own, and so on and so forth."

Later, the boy approached his mother with the same question. She smiled and said, "We were once monkeys, dear, but over time we evolved into the humans we are today."

The boy, confused and a little upset, rushed back to his father. "Dad, you lied to me! Mom said we were monkeys!"

His father chuckled and patted his son's head. "No, son, your mom was just talking about her side of the family.
